Service Expiration Policy

All service sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase date, at which time they expire.

Booking Policy

All service sessions are to be paid in advance previous to scheduling, this includes cash transactions.

Refund Policy

All sales of services are final and non-refundable.  

 

​Cancellation Policy

At Thrive Medical Fitness, we understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable and plans might change. However, to ensure fairness and make the most of our valuable time together, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy:

1. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

2. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the session will be considered as used, and the client will be charged the full session fee.

3. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made directly with our studio by contacting 401-440-5785
 during our business hours.

4. In the event that the personal trainer needs to cancel a session, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient time.

By booking a session with Thrive Medical Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as it allows us to provide the best service to all our valued clients.

 

 

Minors Policy

Training Area Access:
Children policy: For safety and liability reasons, individuals under the age of 8 are not permitted access to the training areas of our personal training studio. This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of both the children and other clients utilizing the facilities.


Responsible adult:

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to make appropriate child care arrangements whenever they visit our personal training studio.

Waiting area:

We provide a designated waiting area within our facility for parents or guardians accompanying their children under the age of 8. They may utilize this area while the training session or workout takes place.

Babysitting Services:
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any babysitting services within our personal training studio. Parents or guardians should make prior arrangements for childcare before visiting the facility.


Acknowledgement:
By utilizing our personal training services, all clients agree to adhere to this policy and accept its guidelines. Clients acknowledge that children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the training areas and understand that we do not provide babysitting services.


Exceptions:
In exceptional cases where a young person between the age of 8 and 17 requires access to the training areas, written parental or guardian consent must be obtained. The young person must also undergo a fitness assessment and be accompanied by a responsible adult during their training session.


Review and Modification:
This policy may be reviewed and modified periodically to ensure it aligns with any changes in regulations or our business requirements. Any updates will be communicated to all clients and displayed prominently within our personal training studio.
