Barre Class
Join our Barre class for a fusion of ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and flexibility exercises led by Barre Instructor Lauren.
Using the barre for balance, each session incorporates dance, Pilates, and yoga elements to sculpt and tone your body, improve posture, and strengthen your core.
Suitable for all fitness levels, our small group classes offer a supportive environment for achieving graceful, lasting results.

Warrior Strength Bootcamp
Warrior Strength Bootcamp is an indoor boot camp led by Master Trainer Jim Nolan featuring a one-hour total body workout using diverse equipment and exercises.
Participants rotate through station-based exercises, each lasting one minute, maximizing individual effort and providing a varied workout experience each class. Jim supervises all class participants to make sure that they are safe and performing the exercises with proper form and technique.
